A great allrounder in the kitchen. The perfect knife for prepping fruit, small veg, slicing smaller proteins and much more. Great for those who prefer a smaller knife. This one has a really nice Turkish Walnut handle.
The steel is very hard and very thin so will perform beautifully and keep an edge for a long time as long as it is looked after properly.
Do not put it in the dishwasher. Clean and dry after every use. Non-stainless carbon steel is a fantastic material for knives but it does require a bit more care from your perspective. See the full care guide on the website (coming soon).
The cork strops we sell are the perfect tool for looking after the edges of these knives. I would recommend the chromium oxide pre-loaded strop for this steel.
